Do I need to schedule an appointment?
The majority of the time, NO. We offer the majority of our services as walk-in available. Hours vary by service, but usually you can walk-in during the morning office hours to get your service completed.

What do I need to bring to my drug test?
You need to bring your photo id along with your employer authorization form.

Do I need to have a doctor's order for blood work?
NO, you can attend our discounted self-pay Health Fair to get your blood work completed.
